Our principals have over 25 years of leasing experience that spans from expanding into new markets to turning over a space to operating personnel. Establishing a market appropriate merchandising plan is step one.

Attracting the best in class tenants is only the beginning. Documenting those deals may just be even more important. We have lived through various market cycles and experienced efforts by both landlords and tenants to shape language to their benefit. We know that it is often what is not in the document is just as important as what is in it. We understand the importance of a variety of convenants, co-tenancy requirements, guarantees, exclusivities, and exit strategies that establish control of the underlying real estate.
