Property MANAGEMENT

cultivating the income stream

If leasing is a developer's life blood, than property management is the artery in which it flows. Nobody has a closer relationship to the tenant than the Community or Property manager. They see opportunities and threats before anyone else.

Landlord / Tenant Relationships

Whether it is the Community Manager within the residential realm or the Property Manager within the retail / office sector, nobody has their finger on the pulse of our tenants more than these individuals. There is truth in the old addage of "managing by walking around." There is no substitute for being on-site and experiencing the culture first hand.

Too often, in our experience of managing a portfolio of properties, managers become focused on the expense side of the general ledger and lose site of the potential gross revenue. More times than not, the incremental yield on an additional capital investment outperforms the underlying asset. Our managers are atune to this and bring forth those opportunities that enhance or preserve an income stream.
